Hey, You :)

We are Tingting and Kaka - 2 Chinese millennials who came to study and then stayed in Australia over 10 years ago.

We seemingly live a happy life - dream jobs, loving partners, and good senses of humor.  Yet we felt somehow empty living in a city that we call home. Until we realized that there’s a corner inside us full of sealed emotions, unspoken words, and untouched topics.

Before we started this podcast, we would spend hours on the phone sharing our most hilarious, challenging and confusing moments at our workplace, in our relationships, and out on the street. Not only entertaining, but we were also inspired, and touched by the power of untold stories. 

Therefore we decided to turn these frank, unspoken Chinese Millenial stories into a podcast and extend the invitation to our Chinese millennials community so we can explore these unique and sometimes difficult topics together. Some of our favorite topics include: “Should I stay here or go back to my home country?”,  “How do you tell your parents about your sexual preferences?” “How to respond to that ONE question - ‘Why aren't you married yet ” etc.
